I am migrating from one LatticeECP3 device/package to another LatticeECP3 device/package. Is there a description of the differences between the various devices and packages?

LatticeECP3 pinout and migration files can be found on the LatticeECP3 Web Page.

You will see a list of the most
current versions of the following:

• LatticeECP3 Data sheet & Errata
• Pinout (.csv) files for each LatticeECP3 device
• Migration files for each
  combination of LatticeECP3 devices

The pinout files provide a complete list of pinout information for all packages
per device.
The migration files compare two devices by listing the differences between the
pins/pads for specific devices and packages. The migration file shows any new,
changed, or deleted pins/pads.
The pinout and migration files can be easily searched and formatted and data in
the files can be easily sorted.
